When you join the housing interest list, we collect the contact, housing, household size, proposed occupant ages, independent-living, income, and optional contextual information you choose to provide. We do not ask for Social Security, bank, payment-card, Medicare, or benefit account numbers.
How information is used
Application information is used only to review housing inquiries, communicate with applicants, and determine whether to continue a placement conversation. Applicants are not subscribed to promotional marketing through this form.
Delivery and retention
Applications are securely transmitted to Tailored Care Living by email. The website does not intentionally maintain a permanent application database. Email service providers necessarily process submissions to deliver them.
Security
We use server-side validation, input sanitization, spam controls, and encrypted HTTPS connections in production. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the application. Please do not include sensitive identifiers or unnecessary medical details in any free-text field.
